Leaking Water
Our water tank is in the same play area where Dick and Páidi hang out. We have just discovered some of Dick's teeth marks there which has lead to a continuous drip, drip...Vladi is preparing to tackle it as I write!
A Fall
While en route with Dick on one of his walk's, I fell bang on a concrete step and hurt my upper arm and shoulder. I am on anti-inflammatory pills and have to get more x-rays done in 2 weeks.
Teething on a Telephone Cable
We had been without our phone and ADSL line for the past 48 hours, thinking it was just a black-out, we didn't do anything about it. Then this morning I started putting 2 and 2 together and went investigating - indeed Dick had managed to stretch quite a way and reach the phone cables and had a nice old chew. Vlad spent the morning tentatively reconnecting wires.
** All in all Dick has made a difference to our lives in more ways than one. Please let things like this really only happen in threes - and let there be no more dickey- strikes-again stories. : )

and oh no, sorry to hear about dick's teething. my pooches chewed the life out of my best shoes when they were puppies. and also the dining room chairs. maybe a rubber bone should help or one of those chew things.

I took your advice and gave Dick a rubber bone yesterday, a monstrous one, he is totally ignoring it except for the odd backward glance, I think he is afraid of it!
