Opportunities...Windows...Heights...Fingers Crossed

Basically, it's come to crunch-time...have got attached to Dick and can't bear leaving him back on his chain which the 'owner'(or whoever) has shortened...because I think Dick no longer lies as a 'lifeless,'without-a-move' dog but is excited and jumps and the owner or whoever obviously can't take the new 'lively' Dick and has shortened his chain so that he cannot JUMP nor hardly move!

Please send good vibes that the owner will let me have him ....and that I can get the courage to ask/plead with him not to put another dog there chained to an empty building all on his own! Tall order I know, but today I believe in miracles - even if I have to wrap one in euros and blow on it! : )
