Heart is GOING like the clappers

I'm gearing up for tomorrow when I meet the big WIGS at the local council. I can't quite believe I'm doing this as have never been an activist as such apart from in my own little piece of life! Thoughts going through my head - might be worthless - maybe only humouring me - hope their enthusiasm from last week hasn't worn off - hope they remember - hope it isn't a case of a quick 10 minutes and lots of yeah, yeah, yeah to get me out the door - please let there be interest and commitment to act - my Spanish could come out dodgily - these guys may be out of power in 3 weeks after the local elections - please do not let it be LONG FINGER atittude as in Mañana, Mañana... - let me not lose dignity and whimper - if there are gods let them be fairly and squarely placed at the head of the table tomorrow - good animal karma come this way - let me come running home on speedy pins shouting yes, yes yes...
